Your first session will be an intake assessment where you and your therapist will discuss your concerns, they will gather a psychosocial history and explore your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Yes, we offer couples counseling and can support you incidentally if there is something specific you would like to address in a safe space with a friend or family member. If you’d like to bring someone to your session, please let your therapist know in advance to make sure you and your therapist are on the same page regarding the goals of the session.

No, we do not use insurance, but utilize a self-pay model and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
The frequency of your sessions will depend on your specific goals and needs. Some clients attend weekly, while others may come bi-weekly or on a less frequent basis. You and your therapist will collaborate to create a schedule that works best for your situation.
