Your first session will be an intake assessment where you and your therapist will discuss your concerns, they will gather a psychosocial history and explore your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Yes, we offer couples counseling and can support you incidentally if there is something specific you would like to address in a safe space with a friend or family member. No, we do not use insurance, but utilize a self-pay model and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
