Francesca received a Master in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Florence (Italy) and a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Ohio State University. Over the past 8 years, she has been practicing in a variety of settings working with different age groups, mental health conditions, and ethnicities. Her diverse professional training helped her develop a culturally-sensitive and strength-based approach to mental health and wellness that highly informs her work with her clients. She believes in the collaborative nature of the counseling relationship and she strives to adapt her sessions to the unique needs and characteristics of each individual. To support her client’s journey toward healing and growth, Francesca has furthered her education becoming a Certified Wellness Counselor. Her areas of expertise are anxiety and stress, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, life transitions, trauma, and maternal mental health. As Director of Clinical and Wellness Services her goal is to contribute to offering high-quality, innovative and holistic services to center’s clients and the community.
Alicia is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who as been working in the field of mental health for over 6 years. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and since then has been striving to provide culturally-sensitive, person-centered, and evidenced based treatment to her clients. She has experience working with diverse populations of individuals and treating clients with a wide range of mental, behavioral, and emotional issues. Her areas of interest include life transitions, anxiety, depression, addictions, stress management, grief work and trauma. She also has a passion for working with people serving actively in the military, veterans, first responders and their family members. Aligning closely with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she works together with her clients to increase their awareness of the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors to guide them toward emotional balance and wellness.
David is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been working in mental health for 4 years. David received his Master of Science Degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. David has experience working with a diverse population and various age groups in the community mental health and Private Practice fields, as well as experience working with those who have served in the military. He has a strong interest in relationships and couples counseling. His other areas of counseling and treatment include addictions, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-based therapy, affirmative practice with LGBTQ clients and life transitions.
Stephanie took her first yoga class in 2015, and began practicing Vinyasa regularly ever since. She quickly learned that the mental and emotional benefits of yoga took precedence over the physical practice. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on High in Vinyasa. As a yoga teacher, Stephanie hopes to inspire students to take mindfulness, unconditional positive regard, and self-love off the mat. Stephanie has experience teaching mindfulness based series at a local hospital.
Carolyn graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2010 and has loved practicing massage ever since. Working at a chiropractic office for nearly a decade has given her experience working with many different issues including injuries from auto accidents, athletic rehabilitation, continuing care for chronic issues such as MS, and relieving the tension, aches and pains we all run into just from daily life. Carolyn has worked on people from ages 3-93 and enjoys having a broad spectrum of clients. She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, NMT, prenatal, joint range of motion, sports massage, Thai yoga and hot stone. Her training gives her the ability to utilize all of these modalities to truly customize a massage that best fits the needs of her clients. Her goal is to always get her clients the best results she can. Helping people recover and heal is her priority.
Catherine Ho is a fourth-generation acupuncturist who has been working in the Central Ohio area for over ten years. She is passionate about healing and empowering patients to live happy and healthy lives and can treat all ages with her gentle and effective technique. Her specialties include muscle and joint pain, migraines, stress and resultant conditions of stress, and allergies. Catherine’s goal for all of her clients is to help them realize the best version of their health, which is different for everyone. Sometimes this means addressing chronic pain so the patient can exercise or rest more deeply; other times this means helping patients quit smoking or reduce alcohol consumption as part of a greater journey to wellness. Catherine truly enjoys seeing patients realize just how strong and happy and healthy they can be and she is honored whenever someone lets her be part of that journey.
Noel Bartholdi, Director of Wellness and Outreach, attended the University of California, Riverside to study medicine and quickly discovered a passion for nutritional science, exercise physiology, and psychology. Noel is a Nutrition Coach, athlete, yoga teacher, author, public health advocate, and mom of four. Through a combination of her studies, and her personal experience in the world, Noel has gained a keen appreciation for the benefits that complementary services bring to an individual‘s life. As Nutrition Coach her mission is to help others uncover their best health and experience the joy of wellness.
Moriah loves connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds, and learning how to grow positively in mental health and wellness. She has a degree in Communications Studies and Graphic Design, and loves music, fine arts, and anything that involves creating unique and extraordinary visuals and content. Her goal is to welcome clients, advocate and support the team, and help build the groundwork for others to learn more about mental health and wellness.
