INDIVIDUAL THERAPY is a confidential space where a trained therapist works with you to address personal issues, challenges, and concerns. The goal is to help you gain a better understanding of your experience, develop coping strategies, improve self-awareness and make positive changes in your life.

Whether you’re seeking guidance through life’s challenges, emotional healing, or personal growth, individual therapy can provide the tools and support needed to navigate your journey with greater clarity and resilience.
RELATIONSHIP AND COUPLES THERAPY are designed to support you and the people who matter most in your life. We offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen your connection—no matter the type or stage of your relationship.

Whether you’re navigating a romantic partnership, a friendship, a family dynamic, or a professional relationship, we welcome all relationship styles, including non-traditional and alternative structures.
WALK AND TALK THERAPY combines traditional therapy with the calming effects of nature and physical movement. Instead of sitting in an office, you and your therapist engage in therapy while walking outdoors. This approach promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages a more open flow of conversation.

Ideal for those who feel more comfortable being active or who find sitting challenging, Walk and Talk Therapy can enhance creativity, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

Payment options

At Dragonfly Counseling and Wellness, we believe a private pay model allows us to offer the best services to our clients.

While we don’t bill insurance directly, that doesn’t mean you can’t use your benefits. If your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide you with a “superbill”, a detailed billing statement to submit for potential reimbursement. Plus, we accept HSA/FSA cards for payment, which may apply to your deductible.
